This website and online store are operated by Godox Admin Pty Ltd, trading as Questionable Outdoors (“Questionable Outdoors,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, content, features, products and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Our Online Store

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and Services to you.

Our products are generally manufactured and fulfilled after an order is placed. We use Printify and participating print providers to manufacture, package and ship products.

Shopify, Printify, payment providers, shipping carriers and other third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies that apply to their services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence to place an order or create an account.

If you allow a minor to use the Services under your supervision, you are responsible for their activity and for ensuring their use complies with these Terms.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when using the Services. You may not use our products, website or Services for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

3. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account to manage orders and access certain features.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

• Providing accurate account information.

• Restricting unauthorized access to your account.

• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless that activity resulted from circumstances for which we are legally responsible.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, product images and mockups are illustrative, and the appearance of a physical product may vary slightly.

Variations may result from:

• Screen and monitor settings.

• Photographic lighting.

• Garment-dye and washing processes.

• Fabric composition and texture.

• Manufacturing and dye-batch variation.

• Product size and print placement.

• Minor differences inherent in direct-to-garment printing or embroidery.

These natural and minor variations are not necessarily defects. Nothing in this section excludes your rights where a product is materially different from its description, faulty or otherwise fails to satisfy an applicable consumer guarantee.

Measurements shown in size guides are approximate. Please review the relevant size guide carefully before ordering.

5. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase. For our US storefront, prices will generally be displayed in US dollars.

Prices may change from time to time, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted.

The price shown at checkout may include or exclude taxes depending on your delivery location and applicable law. Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

If your bank or payment provider converts currency, it may apply its own exchange rate or fees. We do not control those charges.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

After you place an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product or variant is unavailable.

• Pricing or product information contains a clear error.

• Payment cannot be authorized.

• Information supplied appears incomplete or inaccurate.

• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity or prohibited resale.

• We cannot lawfully fulfill or deliver the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

We will not cancel an accepted order arbitrarily or for an unlawful or discriminatory reason.

7. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

• The information provided is accurate.

• You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by Shopify and participating third-party payment providers. We generally do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.

If a payment is reversed, disputed or found to be unauthorized, we may pause or cancel the affected order where legally permitted.

8. Made-to-Order Products and Cancellations

Most products are made specifically after an order is submitted. Production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact help@questionableoutdoors.com as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once production has started.

This limitation does not affect any cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays.

• Severe weather.

• High seasonal demand.

• Customs processing.

• Address errors.

• Product availability.

• Events affecting manufacturing or transportation.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins.

Where applicable law requires us to notify you of a shipping delay, we will provide the required notice and any applicable option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass at the time required under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms makes you responsible for goods before the law transfers that responsibility to you.

10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact help@questionableoutdoors.com promptly and provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs showing the item and problem.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color selected by the customer or for a change of mind after production begins.

However, nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For Australian consumers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers in the United States and other locations may also have mandatory rights under applicable federal, state or local law.

Any stated reporting period applies to our voluntary commercial policy and does not limit a statutory right that continues for a longer period under applicable law.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Only one discount code may be used per order.

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Promotions apply only during the advertised period.

• Certain products, variants or shipping charges may be excluded.

We may end or change a promotion prospectively where reasonably necessary, but changes will not affect an order already accepted under the promotion.

12. Reviews, Comments and Other Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content to us, you retain ownership of your original content.

You grant Godox Admin Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display and adapt that content for operating, promoting and improving Questionable Outdoors and its Services.

This license continues for as long as the content is used for those purposes, subject to applicable law and any withdrawal rights you may have. We will not falsely attribute statements to you or materially alter a review in a misleading way.

You confirm that content you submit:

• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• Does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

• Is not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or defamatory.

• Does not contain malware, spam or deceptive promotional material.

We may decline or remove content that reasonably appears to violate these requirements. We will not suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are unfavorable.

13. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including branding, logos, illustrations, graphics, product designs, text, photographs, videos, page layouts and software—are owned by or licensed to Godox Admin Pty Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our artwork or product designs.

• Use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract website content.

• Republish substantial portions of our website.

• Remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.

• Create unauthorized merchandise using our designs.

These restrictions do not limit any use permitted by law, including applicable fair-use, fair-dealing or consumer rights.

If you believe content on our website infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact help@questionableoutdoors.com with details of the work, the allegedly infringing material and your contact information.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

• Commit fraud or impersonate another person.

• Transmit malware or harmful code.

• Interfere with the security or operation of the website.

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices or terms. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by the terms and policies of that provider. This section does not limit any responsibility we have under applicable law for services we select to perform our obligations to you.

16. Privacy

Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Shopify, Printify, print providers, payment processors, carriers and other service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the store and fulfill orders.

17. Service Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical repairs or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption. This section does not affect obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies:

• Any guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

• Mandatory rights available under applicable US federal, state or local law.

• Liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Godox Admin Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.

Where our liability can lawfully be limited, our liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where applicable in relation to:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• Willful misconduct.

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

• Mandatory consumer guarantees or statutory remedies.

• Any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

20. Your Responsibility for Breach

You are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss suffered by us as a direct result of your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services or infringement of another person’s rights.

You will not be responsible to the extent that the loss was caused or contributed to by us, our service providers or circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Nothing in this section requires you to compensate us beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

21. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, government action, widespread internet outages, war, civil unrest or public-health emergencies.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the delay or failure.

This section does not remove any statutory right to cancel an order, receive a refund or obtain another remedy where applicable law provides that right.

22. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, used the Services unlawfully or created a genuine security risk.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property, liability and dispute provisions—will survive.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.

Changes apply prospectively and will not unfairly alter the terms governing an order already accepted.

24. Severability

If a court or other competent authority finds any provision of these Terms unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. No Waiver

If either party does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean the right has been waived.

A waiver is effective only to the extent clearly given and permitted by law.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and information incorporated by reference, form the agreement between you and Godox Admin Pty Ltd regarding the Services.

They do not exclude representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

27. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

Before commencing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so both parties can attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

Nothing in this section prevents you from:

• Exercising a mandatory consumer right.

• Lodging a complaint with a consumer-protection or regulatory authority.

• Bringing a claim in a court or forum available to you under applicable law.

• Seeking urgent or injunctive relief where appropriate.
